Vojin Aleksić
Vojin Aleksić completed his musical education at the top of his class at the School of Musical Talents in Ćuprija in the class of Prof. Milica Mladenović and completed his Bachelor's and Master's studies at the Faculty of Music in Belgrade in the class of Prof. Gordana Matijević-Nedeljković. He participated in foreign orchestra projects - "Euphony" in Austria, "BrixenClassics", "SEYO 15" & "Orquesta Sinfónica Juvenil de Caracas" in Italy, and "Euregio" Festival in Germany. He received a professional engagement as an orchestral player in Belgrade Philharmonic Orchestra, on the tutti position of first violins, with which he was part of the project "Beethoven Marathon" in collaboration with Dortmund Philharmonic Orchestra. Since 2016 he has been a member of the ensemble Metamorphosis, with which he performed as concertmaster at many festivals, including "Pantopia" in Berlin and "Meta World" in Belgrade. He has also performed as a member of the Belgrade Chamber Orchestra at the Elbphilharmonie in Hamburg, together with Daniel Hope, the No Borders Orchestra and Monk Ensembele, of which he is a co-founder. Among the most famous names with whom he has shared the stage are Sergey Khachatryan, Sergey Dogadin, Kian Soltani, Julian Schtekel, Narek Hakhnazaryan, Gabriel Feltz, Christian Mandeal, Howard Griffiths and many others. He has participated in master classes with Marc Bouchkov, Emilio Percan, Stanko Madić, Vida Vujić, Stefan Milenković, "Amernet" and "Evenos" Quartet.
