Dayam Khan Manganiyar

Dayam Khan Manganiyar comes from the professional folk music community of the Manganiyars in India. He took his first music lessons from his father, who became known for his kamayacha skills. Singing became Dayam's medium of musical expression, and later he also learned the harmonium. He sings songs about life cycle rituals and has mastered Sufi and folk in addition to the traditional Manganiyar style.
