Andreas Fischer

Andreas Fischer, bass player, studied singing and school music in Stuttgart and Vienna. A central aspect of his work is the intensive examination of the latest music in close collaboration with composers. As a member of the Neue Vocalsolisten Stuttgart, he has participated in countless world premieres, radio productions and CD recordings. His special interest is music theater: as a soloist he is a sought-after partner of many opera houses and composers. Increasingly, he also devotes himself to pedagogical work and organizes workshops and master classes for vocal ensembles at renowned institutes and academies such as the Biennale di Venezia, the Darmstadt Summer Courses, IMPULS Graz, the Stuttgart Musikhochschule and the Californian Institute of the Arts.
