Maike Wetzel

Maike Wetzel is a writer and lives in Berlin. She writes books, screenplays, audio plays and libretti, e.g. for Marc Sinan's plays ORPHEUS & DIE PÄONIENFRAU (2019), SURVIVAL (2021), DER SINGENDE KOPF (2019). Her novel Elly (2018) was awarded the Gernhardt Prize, among others, and translated into English and Finnish. In 2019, her book Entfernte Geliebte.
